Who we are
Stratamesa Limited (“Stratamesa”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through stratamesa.com. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17207430. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
For anything about this notice or your data, email info@stratamesa.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name (if you give it), the service you’re interested in and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the email.
Please don’t send sensitive information, such as health details, through the form.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal and set up work with you. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t sell or share your data for marketing.
Our lawful basis
- Legitimate interests: replying to an enquiry you have sent us.
- Steps before a contract: preparing a proposal or quote at your request.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers, who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn’t lead to work, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and for up to six years afterwards, to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use cookies for analytics or advertising. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from automated attacks.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. Email us and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this notice
We’ll update this page if anything changes, and change the date at the top.
